Contact me for a free half hour initial session. During that session we will determine whether we have the appropriate chemistry to work together and, if we do, we will determine what modality, or combination of modalities, will best serve you. Typically, I offer my services in one hour increments.
I offer coaching, advising/mentoring, advocacy, guidance, and education services. Each is distinct.
Briefly:
Coaching: I scaffold and support you as work on your own goals, at your own pace, and in your own way. You are the expert on your life and I support you.
Advising/Mentoring: I offer my expertise and experience. We work together to build a strategy to address a problem you are facing. You will lead and I will offer my expertise,
Advocacy: I am a lawyer and trained as a litigator. I have worked extensively in activist spaces. I know how and when to fight. In this capacity I can advance your goals for you.
Guidance: I am admitted to a Daoist lineage (*ordination anticipated 2025/2026) and I can offer you all manner of religious guidance and services, especially spiritual healing and finding meaning. I cultivate and share energy with you.
Education: I have relative expertise in a number of fields and I can design for you a curriculum that helps you learn what you need to know.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Not only can I offer you the comfort of a confidentiality agreement protecting everything that we say from most inquiries, I can also offer, where appropriate, to protect portions of our conversation with the attorney-client privilege and the priest-penitent privilege. While we will need to clearly identify any areas in which my support for you enters into the domain of legal advice, I am a lawyer admitted in both California and Florida. I can offer legal advice. Further, as a member of a religious lineage I can offer you the benefit and shelter of confessional privilege so that we can discuss spiritual matters in depth.
Both of these privileges mean that, generally speaking, I cannot be compelled to divulge your secrets, not even to the government or a judge.
